Mercedes-Benz Zetros 4051 AS 6×6: The Desert King Taming Dunes at WDS Riyadh
The Mercedes-Benz Zetros 4051 AS 6×6 tractor is designed for transporting wheeled or tracked vehicles, equipped with a double-winch transport loading system.

Mercedes-Benz is displaying the bonneted semi-trailer tractor Zetros 4051 AS 6×6 at the on-going World Defence Show 2026 at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a full truck range supplier for military logistics in the Middle East and the Arab world, Daimler Truck is strengthening its brand presence and customer support services with latest products such as the Zetros.
The heavy-duty semi-trailer tractor is primarily designed for transporting wheeled or tracked vehicles. It is equipped with the TLS 2.25 transport loading system with double winch, which can handle loads of up to 70 tons. The bonneted vehicle also offers space for three people as well as a sleeping area and storage space. A total gross combination weights of up to 120 tons can be achieved with this truck, thanks to customized body solutions from the manufacturer.

The Zetros 4051 AS 6×6 is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 460 engine (Euro V compliant) that is paired to an automatic gearbox with retarder sourced from Allison Transmissions. The vehicle makes 510 hp of max power. The 780-litre diesel tank enables long off-road operations. Differential locks, a tire pressure control system, large slope and ramp angles, and fording capability enable traction and propulsion in extreme and harsh terrains.
